Living there for an entire semester must have been like heaven for you. What an experience, Carola. Vienna is AWESOME!!! I spent a semester there in the 1980's, went a little bit to University and did a bit of studying, but mainly I explored the city (this semester was a gift to myself for having survived studying in Taiwan...). I loved every single day and was very sad to leave again. I felt the pulse of this place, loved its little "outer" areas up in the hills (like Nussdorf), enjoyed the opera and the theater, got immersed into the "coffee culture" - oh, it was lovely. My best semester ever!Carola Bartzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05536486322412234854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10327858.post-86285935292770762932013-06-04T04:25:20.816+02:002013-06-04T04:25:20.816+02:00The Easter bunny & snow, sounds familar! and t...The Easter bunny & snow, sounds familar! and the window washers, so many windows!
My favorite this time ... the beautiful horses!windrock studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11361331676987978496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10327858.post-16222161816876996522013-06-03T21:51:04.400+02:002013-06-03T21:51:04.400+02:00Well, that's definitely one way of putting it,...Well, that's definitely one way of putting it, Maria! But we wouldn't go back for the culture or museums (we can get that in Amsterdam and Rotterdam). I'm not sure what we'd go back for...maybe the other big churches we totally missed? And surely there is more architecture to die for?!

Maybe one day I can do a post on the graffiti you saw. Now THAT would be worth a post. Don't let me forget. :) Bedankt!Ginnie Harthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14014434422568561157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10327858.post-52611462058605414462013-06-02T21:40:26.155+02:002013-06-02T21:40:26.155+02:00Vienna was a wish come true.
